I'll give it a #3.
I watched about the first half before giving up in disgust. First off, I knew something was wrong at about 3 minutes in when he spoke of getting a "White House Q Clearance." There's no such thing. I worked in the White House for six years. I was one of a very few Secret Service agents who had a "Q" clearance, which was issued by the Atomic Energy Commission for access to certain AEC facilities and information. It has nothing to do with the White House.
Then further in this guy claims that Eisenhower had him in to the Oval Office where Eisenhower directed him to go to Area 51 and threaten them with invasion by the First Army if they did not cooperate. (Lifted from the movie Seven Days in May.)
But, I quit watching when the guy claimed that he got into Area 51 and found the storage area where the individual units had garage doors that opened to disclose "a variety of space ships" to include the one from the Roswell Crash.
Sorry, I have better things to occupy my mind.

I would acquiesce to your expertise. However whether this individual's account is valid or not does not negate the possibility/probability/provability of alien life forms. Its only one man's account.
