There were reports yesterday that many of the Trump hotels are reporting room reservations are down 60%. Some of these properties want to change their name before it gets any worse. Some of the condos in other properties are also reporting their also going down in value. When you think about it, it does make sense. Why would somebody take a chance on buying a piece of property with so many unknowns?
