Congress will go on break with out addressing an energy Independence bill. It doesn't matter which side of this coin your on, the fact that they refuse to take any action either for or against should cause EVERYONE to realize how inept our congressional leadership and ALL members are.

And why do they do this? Because they know they can. And all of us, the people that give them power are apathetic and will return them to their current jobs. And until as voters we refuse to accept their total incompetence they will continue to ignore us. They are up for election every two years and almost all of them will get reelected. Shame on all of us. We deserve what we get from them.
