If you really want to solve your ant problem, go to Publix and buy this little bottle called Protexall Ant Kill. It's only 2 oz and sells for about $4.50. About two years ago a lot of posters had an ant problem because of a large rain storm. Another poster listed this product so we thought we give it a try since it is so cheap.
It's a liquid blue in color and somewhere near the activity, put a small puddle of this product, maybe an inch in size. The ants will actually come out of their habitat and drink this poison, it's like candy for them. Within a day you'll see 20 or 30 dead ants laying near the puddle. Clean it up and do it again until they are gone. Works like a charm, Best Product I've ever see!
