I would say that the monitors at Hacienda Hills are AWESOME! There is one woman there that has been there for 11 years!! I also think it is wrong for the mother to speak that way...it doesnt teach her children the right way. The "people" here are certainly used to children...how does she think she got here?? I am sure her own parents live here etc...

One time a young girl around ten years old would squeal and whine when her brother swam by---not paying any attention to her. I put up with it for quite a while and then gave the mother a dirty look. She told her daughter to quit acting that way because people here are not used to children. She said it in a snotty way. The child did shut up and lo and behold she started having a real good time and met others her age. You would think the mother would learn something from that but I doubt it.
