I thought this was just common sense when trying to push this idea--based on my own personal experiences looking in libraries to help my fellow Earl Wooster High School students in Reno, Nevada deal with the 2-24-1976 murder investigation in the slaying of Michelle Mitchell. I soon found out though that academics and many others do not respond to suggestions based on personal experiences. Michelle Mitchell was the daughter of my then English teacher Mrs. Barbara Mitchell. 2-24 is also my birthday.

Ignore the lying and annoying trolls on here. I try to do so as much as possible.

What is in your local library for survivors/victims of crimes? Some libraries I have checked over the past 41 years I have been doing this actually have valuable information available but there has always been room for improvement even in some of these.
