The rising minority majority gets ALL the credit for the changing of America. We are becoming "them" as THEY become the majority. Within 30 years we will be like a Mexico II.
The city administrators are now minorities. MANY cities in America ara a minority majority...they elect their own to run the place. How else do you think they become black run? And the blacks run the cities into the ground...like blacks always do. NAME a successful black city.
