There is...but for political reasons...negros are classified as human. In ANY other mammalian species...negros would be considered a separate species. Wolves and dogs are different species, Lions and Tigers are different species. And they can mate.

Do races behave differently IN A GENERAL SENSE ?
Yes, definitely they do, but are people pre determined to behave differently, because of skin color or heritage ? No way.
It is cultural, not skin color. And until we see that, and acknowledge that and stop hating and fearing, then there will be no progress. We do have, albeit limited! Some control over the cultural aspect, but trying to fix it always becomes a hate filled, name calling thing.
If you feel superior because your skin is white, I say you are foolish at best. Many, especially on here have a need to feel superior and latch into this issue.

The races DO behave differently. And it's genetic. Dogs and wolves behave differently too...and they're different species.
Are you superior to a dog? Because they have fur? Or because a human and a dog are different? Are you superior to a fish? Because they have scales of because a human and a fish are different? Blacks are genetically NOT "human". That is WHY they LOOK and ACT so different. Where IS the black villages? The black Oxford? The black Einstein? There are NONE because they are NOT capable.
