Yes. It indicates whether or not new people I am trying to contact in many communities are looking at Talk of the Villages's Political Forum. I am doing this through e-mail, Facebook, phone messages, and snail mail. I mean trying to get people involved.

A lot of this has to do putting the power back in local communities rather than in DC. Often a survivor/victim of crime would have to contact some organization in the DC area to find information about victim assistance in their local communities.

And some of these organization can be very territorial and have people with huge egos leading them. This is helping put checks-and-balances on people who have other interests than survivors/victims of crimes in mind.
