That is no different than buying ten cartons of cigarettes in North carolina for $10 a carton and selling them for $30 a carton in Florida. On the liquor bottle, just like on a pack of cigarettes, there should be a state seal where tax was paid. Crossing state lines to resell will get you in trouble when caught. I'm sure the administrators of this website have in the listing agreement wording about selling illegal items, such as fireworks, alcohol, etc. I've never sold anything on here, probably a box they had to check.
If this advertiser had listed these as rare and out of print purchased in the 80's, maybe they could fall under a collector exemption. However, they say they are still available to the public, but only in Tennessee. That's like Havana Cigars, collectiable but illegal to resale.
