The constraints of HIPAA laws prevent me from identifying patients or giving specific details, but having interacted with "transgender" employees during this period, I have some general observations.
While the HIPAA laws prevented you from identifying patients......it also weakened patients rights because it allowed government-funded researchers to collect and share medical and genetic information without consent.
[B]I make mention here to underscore that government interference creates major change. I let others decide if it is good or bad.
I spoke to the issue of conscription in my previous post and would bet that if it was reinstated we would find a lot of guys who would claim to be transgender to avoid the draft
Recall the balley-hoo over the fact that the green beret would no longer be the only military unit to wear a beret
Suddenly the "green beret" was diminished in its significance. I can envision a transgender demanding alteration to their uniforms to fit with their identity of self. Should a transgender be allowed to march in red high heels?
