I'll let you know after T&D attempts to fix this problem Friday. My next door neighbor had this done, said they simply tap the gasket back in.
They are also replacing 4 of my circle top windows because the factory guy put window dividers in wherever he felt they should be. The windows don't match. Also 1 other single hung will be replaced because they put the outside pane in backwards at the factory causing the E film to create a rainbow effect on the glass.
These new vinyl windows are as cheap as windows can get.
