I know my neighbor has Comcast and he has Red Zone. It's a channel created by the NFL to provide cutaways to live games when it appears a team may score. The 1:00 Sunday games have the most action since there is usually 8 or 9 games going on. I have Directv and get NFL Sunday Ticket with the Red Zone, so we get all 9 games plus Red Zone and then a split screen of 8 games and a split screen of the most popular 4 games and a fantasy channel with player's stats. You get a lot with Directv but it's expensive, about $300 for the season.
If my team is playing a primetime game, then I usually watch Red Zone at 1:00 and 4:00 and it's very entertaining. With Directv we can also watch on a computer or device, so probably Spectrum is offering that as well. NFL Network Red Zone has two different anchors, shown below, and they both do a great job, they operate almost like disc jockeys. If you can get it with your Spectrum or Comcast then I would add it, but of course Directv is the way to go.
