America is coming apart but not because of racial make-up, it is economics. The last 20 years or more have change us so hard work won't get you ahead in many or even most cases. The real money and biggest increases is in unearned income like the stock market. Money makes money not work. Yes you do need money making money as it drives capitalism but the balance between earned and unearned has skewed badly. Share holder value has rocketed by moving manufacturing out of country eliminating earned income here but maximizing shareholder holder value. Look at what is going on with market now during worst natural disaster this country has ever seen. Salivating over a tax cut that will produce very few good paying jobs and deficiet spending but give a big boost to unearned income. We will be seeing a very hard landing, I believe sooner then later. IMHO.
