We have a car and a golf cart, and we probably use both
about the same amount! They each do certain tasks better.
Someone mentioned missing a basement, but I sure don't.
Can you imagine having a basement during a storm that
dumps many inches of rain in a short period?
Personally I consider it a plus, not have a lot of storage space,
since it makes me really think hard about aquiring things.
And I'm finding it more relaxing to travel a lot lighter in life!
