Again, *sigh*, it was Iran's OWN MONEY. When the Shah of Iran ran to hide out in the USA during the Carter administration, we grabbed all of Iran's money. We agreed to give it back when SEVEN NATIONS signed a treaty that Iran could sell their oil on the open market if they stopped their nuclear program.
