Keep the EC but make it "fair" for EVERY state. A state is a state, ONE EC vote per...just like people. The father of 15 kids doesn't get 15 votes...why should a state that happens to have a lot of people? Either go to the popular vote and NEVER have another R elected because the women and minorities now outnumber everyone else, and they vote D. Or make the EC fair...one state, one vote...like one person, one vote. CA with 55 EC votes, cancels out 15 other states. Are those states not "equal" or are they just 1/15th a vote?

Figurehead...presidents are figureheads...the CEO doing what "the board" tells him to do. The truly wealthy and powerful do NOT risk their futures on an arbitrary "election" every 4 years that could destabilize their positions. They just don't. They continue to pull the strings for important matters. The president gets to play around with social issues. Economics, war, finance...all determined by "higher ups".

This is the criticism I had of Obama. Here he was elected President of these United States and yet we found him trying to get "the man"...but he was for 8 years "the man" and never recognized this important accomplishment .
He alone had the ability to bring this nation together but the community organizer in him defaulted to division and chaos. Just look at what he focused on with
i phone and pen to get to his thinking about injustices committed by America. He too carried into office his distorted view of America and especially white America, unlike people such as Condi Rice, Thomas Sowell, etc.
In that we can agree. the response from many black is not because of their color but the conditioning they were exposed to in their surrounding environment, a condition that can be eliminated with an objective, sound and unemotional national debate.

Blacks get "victim mentality" because they are inferior. They ARE the victim...the victim of their species, their genes, their DNA. A wolf is NOT a dog and bringing it into the house and saying it is a dog...won't keep someone from getting bitten. Bringing in blacks and calling them equal doesn't make it so. It creates 20% dead wood...their "quota".
It DOES exist...everyone who has to deal with them develops racism. "They HATE us because they ain't us". And they know they never can be. How would YOU like it if superior beings showed up and started running things? Took over everything because they could do it better. Everything became "magic" to you because you couldn't understand it?
THAT is how blacks see the world...a place run by superior beings who use magic.
He was STILL an outsider...the "man" are white people...he's STILL out to get us...and he's winning. He did a lot on those 8 years to guarantee a minority majority...the ultimate destruction of "America".
Because he's black. He's the 1% of blacks..fairly smart...but he's no great intellect. There are white people miles above him...and he doesn't like that.
The black response is because they are NOT our equal and they know it. They want whites GONE.
They live in "their environment" because THAT is the environment THEY create. Everywhere in the world, they live like that...dirty, dangerous ghettos where no man dare wander. Nobody here will go to MLK Blvd at midnight. Because THAT is the "black environment" that THEY themselves create...EVERYWHERE.
