Homewatch suggests insurance company, which I get, but what about suggestions for reputable contractors who can get things patched up until we can get down there. Any advice would be most appreciated and hopefully won't be needed!
Insurance company will send an assessor to check the damage and he will give you a recommendation for someone to do the work. It is then up to you to decide whether to go with them or someone else. Our insurance assessors recommendations have always been excellent.
