I'm in Hillsborough. Be assure, The Villages is very risk averse. If they can change conditions to avoid damage, they will do it.
Nothing of note is happening now, just people bring in flower pots and decorations.
That said, I cannot imagine a bulldozer being picked up by 80 mph wind.
