Those that knock the construction etc makes me wonder if they didn't like or think these house were constructed well enough or to code why the heck did they buy/move here!

The average homeowner knows little or nothing regarding the construction of a home, particularly when you are buying a resale.

Homeowners in TV did not buy here because of the way our homes are constructed, and frankly, the construction is nothing special and just average.

Those who purchased a home here bought because they either wanted to move to Florida (no snow) and because of the activities offered here -- or both.

The construction of the homes has nothing to do with a person's decision and desire to live here.
