Here's my tale of woe:
Home warranty----, just to find out who my original roofer was,--all circuits busy except once at 10:30 AM when the message stated "call back during normal business hours.
Original Builder---the number TV information gave me is a wrong number and cannot find them on-line
Villages Insurance----they just gave me the number to ASI claims
ASI claims----continuous voice menu that leads to 24 rings then a disconnect.
My house is only 4 years old, it has about 40 sq. ft. of roof exposed, and I have no ability to put up a tarp on my own. I am open to suggestions, but I'll probably just have to find a good roofer (if I can) and deal with the insurance bozos later, even if I have to pay out of pocket.

I got through to ASI this morning at 1 AM and submitted the claim. At 4AM the restoration contractor called me and said the roof will be tarped in two days. He acts as a GC and will coordinate the work of any subcontractor needed to repair all the damage.
