Our Spectrum service remained up all during and after IRMA, we are in Fernandina.

First can she try resetting her modem? Pull the electric plug for 30 sec and plug back in. Allow a several minutes then see if time of day is showing on her cable box. Then check for phone and tv signals.

You also can try their website. You may have to register first, will need Account # and maybe some other info. After you get logged in, somewhere on a support page, you can click on a link to send a reset signal.

I am going from memory, it’s been a couple of years since i used that method.
