Default Outages around town

I just went out to try and get a few groceries, and this is what I observed.

Traffic Light at Rolling Acres/441 is not working, the usual 4 way stop rules apply when people feel like it

Sam's Club Gas station has lines "a mile" long, so I'm guessing there is gasoline available, but I declined to join the line.

Sam's grocery supply is limited to mostly dry goods. No meat, no produce, no frozen or refrigerated food. Apples, deates, some fruit available. Lots of beer and wine

Shell station on 441 had no cars, so I guess there is no gas

WD parking lot was full in SS, so I went to Stillwater store. Their vegetable selection was pretty scarce, but a worker said they expect a truck tomorrow.

The golf cart tunnel at Lake Miona is still flooded, so there are limitations on where you can go on the cart.
