worked 40 years in the food manufacturing industry and if the items were sold in the grocery aisle they do not need to be refrigerated for food safety but to preserve the quality.

The items sold frozen would need to be discarded if they were above 40F for more than 4 hours. Items like the fudge sicles would be safe under the above conditions but would not be worth eating because the freezing process is important to the texture of the product and a slow freeze will make them like ice.

Salad dressings depend on whether you bought them refrigerated or in the grocery aisle, refrigerated throw them out.
