No...I'm the famous "Speciest" who doesn't think other species are humans equal. Is your cat your equal? Is your dog? Then why would you consider another SPECIES as your equal? How many blacks in your lifetime did you look up to because you PERSONALLY saw how smart, wise, and productive they were? None? That's what I've found too. Blacks are NEVER the "go to person" in ANY business/organization I've EVER seen/been a party to...never.
