YES, I was there when they found the bodies(Some of them. There were thousands found in mass graves). NO I was not there when they tested them.
No, I was not there when they created the Constitution, so I will have to take their word for it as to who created it.
No, I was not in a lot of places and have to take someone else's word for it.
But, I do not believe that Powell purposely lied to us regarding their being WMDs in Iraq. If he received faulty intelligence (IF) then he did not lie. A lie requires the element of an intent to deceive.
Some folks on here distort and pervert the English language. I am no expert, but I do know how to use the dictionary. Too bad, many on here would rather misuse words radically in an attempt to "prove" their point of view.
