Their paper is the best in the industry..........both personal lines and business lines.

You don't know how good your paper is until you have a claim..........."15 mins, save 15%", there is a reason.
To add more..............their claim services have been great over the years. (1)Lightning strike......came thru the TV cable, jumped to a water line. They replaced a couple TV's, water damage was fixed; (2)Sump pump quit.......$40k of damage. Both times, hassle-free, paid quickly, and paid for "a later damage surprise".
