Yes. We had ASI for 5 years on our villa in TV. Never had a claim. When we moved to our home this past January, TV Insurance said ASI wouldn't cover us since they already had too many homes covered in our area. I don't know what they meant by "area" and should have questioned it.

They suggested Cabrelli Coastal. We had never heard of them. Cursory internet research showed a high rating and mostly good reviews. We were very busy at the time and probably should have done more research. We went with them based on almost entirely TVI's recommendation.

So far, we've found no one who has personally dealt with Cabrelli Coastal. They're out of Gainesville. They may be the greatest--would just like to hear some ground truth personal experience. I plan to thoroughly question TVI with respect to their experience with CC once things settle down after Irma since the policy will be coming up for renewal. I admit I wasn't a good shopper and didn't do my usual due diligence where this is concerned.

The reason I asked about State Farm is that our vehicles, golf cart, umbrella and condo are with them. I contacted them a few months ago and they gave us a ho quote (high), so they are writing policies in Florida again. It did have sinkhole coverage.
