Culver's had a North Atlantic Cod special, BUT, the main fish on their menu IS Walleye, a Great Lakes fish known for it's sweet taste. Along with Lake Perch and Pickerel, they make the Trio of great tasting lake fish.
Now, if any place opened up serving the latter, I'd have a name plate engraved on a seat there!
