Because they're women and minorities...neither known for logic and reason. They live in a world of emotion...how it "feels" is ALL that matters. How it "should be" is all they can comprehend. They also NEED the help of others for their survival. Women due to their being weaker and during pregnancy and child rearing. Minorities...well, because they're a different species incapable of doing what whites/Asians can do.
