Well, I asked do you suppose that when people, using your term appropriate, or mine adopted things as customs, foods titles that it may be a good thing because as they say "imitation is the best form of flattery".
Do you see the cultural appropriation of Italian, Mexican, French, German,.... customs, foods etc as a bad thing?

The Liberal canard of "Cultural Misappropriation" is high on my list of The Stupidest Things I Ever Heard Of." It is quite simply another Liberal move to dominate the behavior of the rest of us, along with forbidding us to use words that they declare taboo. The more they do this, the more they control.
You have to ask yourself, when and why did Oriental people become Asians? When and why did midgets become Little People? When and why did Black people become African-Americans? When and why did it become wrong for a person to wear an item of clothing or costume that was not characteristic of his ethnic background?
