Perhaps instead of childish name calling you might actually engage in policy debate.
You might begin by recognizing the Democrats have intentionally slowed the process of appointees by Trump. so that it will take him years before he can fill strategic spots. they do so not based on lack of an appointees bona fides but because of their concerted resistance .
and by the way you might want to look back at the so called qualifications of Obama's picks none were very impressive.
I would agree that given Trump's background you would believe he would be more polished. But the last president was more polished but unlike Trump he lacked substance and he lacked backbone.
Trump was right when he said Obama wiretapped him. He was right when he spoke of the immigration problems in Sweden. He was right when he dismissed both the KKK and antifa with a broad sweep of intolerance for both. And he is right in making it clear that rogue nations such as North Korea that America will not hesitate to act. Deterrence is the key . Trump was wrong to refer to Un as Rocket man. However the UN is wrong in admitting nations such as North Korea , Syria and Iran.
