I so dislike negativity...just generally dislike it but I really get mad when someone uses it to help their views or plan.
Real people have chosen to live in those new areas and they love their homes and their choice.
When we bought in our home here, someone said "Why in the world would you buy so close to that traffic noise on 466?" That made us feel like fools, until we saw how much our homes have escalated in value. The homes at Fenney seem to be priced quite nicely. When those folks decide to move to their second home, like many do here, they will make a lot of money.
Hide and watch.
Or WAIT FOR THEM TO Live there for years and never have a prison break or a disaster. Or hear sirens or bells...............WAIT AND SEE.

If you were made to feel a fool because you bought near traffic noise, imagine what those who bought near the dump feel like when told their lanai smells like a sewage tank? This is not about dissing TV, we're all obviously here because we like the place. This is about smart people trying to do their due diligence so that they don't end up living in a home that is not in their comfort zone. A dump is a big deal, a prison is a big deal! Maybe not for some folks but for many it is. The realtors don't seem to be disclosing this information so it's up to us disclose it to one another and that is where TOTV comes in. If we don't, then we truly live in La La Land inside The Bubble.
