The Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education saw this as work I did from IL, MN, FL, and CA that had had an effect on the State of Nevada's libraries. They had a meeting about my request and other matters in September of 2000.

Mills Lane used to talk to me on the phone about whom to contact with my 224 613 Project. Of course, things have changed greatly in 2017 now for survivors/victims of crimes. Still you really do not get much in the way of governmental help unless you report a crime against you AND the police have the means, willingness, and agenda to follow through for the victim/survivor. Some crimes they do not even bother with investigating at all.
