its seems that bad parking comes up more when the snowbirds start flying in? why. Parking is at premium during this time. IMO it had nothing to do with snowbirds, Actually, IMO it's worse during the slow season. We can talk about it, take pictures of it, cry for law enforcement, But bottom line it will always be problem. So, if we finely narrow it down and that one car out of 10,000 parks bad.
