What does management of the Villages have to do with something inserted in your paper? I would ask my question to the "Daily Sun".
But if you really want to ask the District..... I won't ask here. I doubt very much they read this site, they have there own site with all sorts of information including how to contact them.
Like on all the previous additions of this guide it says on the cover "A Supplement to The Villages Daily Sun". I find it a great reference and keep it all year.
