When I closed on my house in June 2017 I did receive a full color approximately 30 page brochure with helpful information on the basics (pools, rec. centers, maps, trash days, golf, etc.) from the Villages closing office. It was very helpful and I think I would have driven my real estate agent nuts with questions without this brochure. Perhaps the booklet in the Daily Sun has additional information???
I imagine it would be very helpful to those buyers who close with private real estate offices and not TV.
I do agree that we should "save a tree" by perhaps making this booklet available for pick up at the Daily Sun offices and not an insert in the paper.
