You are correct, with the same set of problems and causes as Detroit. Leaders and public service employees have taken the Island's wealth and stole or squandered it. Is it your opinion we increase income taxes to bail them out. This thread blames Trump for an Island that was not anywhere near prepared for this kind of event choosing to invest elsewhere with their treasure. The mainland should be doing all it can to save lives in jeopardy with resources and manpower. Manpower for this type of event is finite and really being stretched, that is not Trump's fault.
