Ah, sorry, I am not able to help, no firsthand experience, I just had a thought, you might check with some of the assisted living facilities, they have this equipment for patients. It will also depend on whether you need monitoring outside (away from) her house, then you are probably looking at a cellular based system. If you do a search on this site, you will find that all of the cellular networks (in TV) are not the same.
