What makes you think Trump will be around to "vote against"? There are many reasons to think he will not. First, he doesn't really enjoy the job. He stated he thought it would be "more fun", and it certainly isn't, except for those rallies that he really enjoys. Second, he's an obese 71 year old who eats junk food and couldn't even walk with the other G20 leaders at the summit, he had to ride a golf cart behind them from one venue to another. And finally, whether you allow yourself to believe it or not, this Russia scandal is not going anywhere and is getting worse.
