I was the problem!

My son lives only 11 miles away but I'm an independent sort and wanted to do it on my own. Although I thought I found the valve I couldn't get it to turn. I was hesitant to apply pressure because what I thought was the valve looked like half a c-clamp or half a wing nut if you can picture that. I thought the valve would look like a lever....like what I have at home. And when I applied pressure to turn it, I couldn't get it to turn. I have to admit I was somewhat afraid, too.

Well, my son came over and turned it easily...I'm so embarrassed.
