To answer your question, go to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on the left side of your screen under site navigation. Then click on General Forum Use and under that heading click on Dealing with Troublesome Users. Your answer will be there. It will not filter subjects to my knowledge, but will allow you to block different posters. You can still see that they posted but the message will not come up.

Thank you. I saw that area but thought it might not work on a forum that has everyone as "guest." I do not wish to complain about this guy. I am sure he is just lonely or something. But, he does seem to be a bit self absorbed and paranoid. He claims that everyone on here is against him, but I have seen some that seem to be very civil toward him.
