Sea Breeze Rec Center parking lot has been cleaned from over 100 Lowes, Ace, Home Depot, Sam's, Wal Mart bags....That should free up some contractors now to tackle the neighborhoods. So where the hell did all these bags come from?? Thank the many that DUMPED their debris....and don't blame it all on the landscapers.
