Another example of people with mental illness (of any kind), not being given the attention that we need, weather we like it or not in some cases. In a large percentage the homeless that we look the other way when seen are seriously mentally ill. One day, this issue will not only be talked about, but some sort of positive action taken. What they do now when they thing someone is sick is they give them The Baker Act which holds them for 72 hours, gives them cigarettes and tranquilizers and releases them, end of story. In 2005 I was forced to retire a dream job and move to a quieter laid back place. Manic Depression, go figure?
