If I remember correctly, our trash collector had to be certified to do the pick up....and the work of picking up was all done by hand, no loader. Leaves left behind were easily swept up...and our street looked like an old European town with residents outside sweeping....
. A great start to the day...lucky all is gone, so many still are dealing with much worse.
