Responding to the post about sales agents in or out of TV. We sold in Feb. of this year and if I had to do it over,which I never will I would go with out companies. Village sales agents in my experience anyway are order takers.Yes I feel they push new before resale. Choose your poison and cross your fingers.If some one tells you oh this agent is great run. Again this is just my opinion.
