My point was not to defend anyone and my view of the media did not start with Trump. This misinformation and swaying of the public has been going on for a long time. If you have not noticed, you have been turning a blind eye to it. I say that because YOU seem too smart to me not to know that.
I was not attempting to put words in your mouth.....did you notice the question marks? This is the problem with the written word vs speaking in person I guess. What concerns me is that it appears you want no discussion with anyone of a different opinion. That is unfortunate and may go along with the blind eye theory above. You have asked me not to engage with you before. Maybe I should stick to that. Again, unfortunate, because I don't mind differing opinions and believe that I can learn something from that type of discussion if I'm willing to listen.
