Most of them are anonymous for the most part and unaccountable for anything they write so it has became something of a men and women's toilet stall wall.
Trolls abound on this Political Forum. And some put CRIMINALLY HARASSING posts quite often.
And you are quite right that much of it looks like the writings of juvenile delinquents of about 13 year old maturity.
