I have actually worked quite hard on my 224 613 Project. Just never got any $$$ for it except that forgiveness of the Stipend Grant by the State of Nevada's Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education in September of 2000. My contact was Ron Sparks, II or maybe he was the III. Think he is of the family which Sparks, Nevada is named after.
