With Comcast, you need to prod them every 2 years to get a 'new' promotional rate, and I agree with above that they do have occasional billing errors, just went through one with them for additional services that they confirmed in writing, and then forgot to enable!! After complaining, I was actually able to get my bill $15 lower for the next 2 years.
